What is this thing?!

Its on the bottom left of the picture, its the white thing that looks like a worm/tube.

It looks like a closed Yellow polyp or protopalythoa. I find both of those floating freely around my tank until they find somewhere to reattach. But as always: When in doubt....take it out!

Maybe a sponge? Does it have any holes or distinguishing marks?

almost sorta looks like a feather duster worm. Either that or some ravenous soft coral eating monster.

I have a few. I was scared when I first saw it. They never leave far from the holes in the rock, though.
Looks like an elephant trunk when they sift the sand from the rock.
