Petsmart was 199 and petco was 159 My LFS wanted 2oo. That is why I asked. With such a huge price difference I was a little confused. I'll ask the guy at Petland if it's the economy model when I get to work. If it is the economy model what are my limitations? Is it weaker than other aquariums?

RR is an extra 50

all 75 gallon aga tanks are ecco tanks
the 70 gallon actually costs more and is 1 inch shorter

This is going to sound really stupid but if it is the Economy Model with untempered glass does that make it any less sturdy than a non economy model? Or is it just that if it does break the glass is tempered to avoid injury.

House How much? Don't care if it is reef ready or not. Besides I'm right down the street from you. It's an easy pickup. I am stockpiling now for my upgrade. Buying tank now. After Holidays will be stand and filter. Got a system worked out. Step 1 Have everything here for the upgrade Step 2 set it up Step 3 Hide from wife for a week.

Petland has the cheapest price on tanks anywhere by far. Their reef ready 90 is 220 (petland by Queens Blvd.) Obviously 75 should be about 50 bux cheaper and reef ready.

Sorry guys I have to correct myself I'm still thinking 5 years ago when this was true

the 75e is a tempered bottom
the 75 is a 1/2" taller and not tempered

petland sells economy. temper glass bottom. meaning you cant drill it later on if you want to. that's all it means
