Those nasty critters, I had them in my tank. I tried pulling them out with tweezers, wont work. Some people say injecting them with a needle with some sort of acid solution, didnt dare to try it. Some say there are some fish that eat them, no experience with that either. My aptasia went away when I had my tank crash, were half of the coral wiped out in just 24 hrs, thankfully the aptasia was the first one to died. Not a good solution either.

I think the best option is to let them be.

Dump the rocks or sell it to someone how need them for their fish to feed on, depending on how much you see in there.

how long will it take to cycle
will the process go faster if i have dead and alive rock in my tank
because ill take some dead rock
there is really only 4 aptasia on the rock so its nothing special but there pretty big u can tots have it :)

This i gonna sound crazy, but...if you can get the rock or coral or wherever the aptasia is OUT of the tank, just blast it with one of those long-necked barbeque or stove lighter things...100% kill rate in less than a minute, and it NEVER comes back. But that is only if you can get the rock out of the tank. They don't work under water;)
