well the shell he is in now is about 4.5-5 inches....

ive had him for almost 6 months now and he hasnt bothered any of my fish or smaller hermits....

he has eaten quite a few xl turbo snails the smaller ones he doesnt bother. only the smart xl snails survive the ones that stay on the glass... :lol: 2 weeks ago i put in all my red scarlet hermits and a few of the soccer blue ones... and he still hasnt bothered em... he does fight his own kind without a doubt lol... its like WWF in my fish tank when they get next to eachother lol

as for shrimp i currently dont have any because my bird head wrasse had a buffet with them lol

No coraline on his shell? Weird. All my crabs shells are purple from it. I take the bigger ones out for like 5 minutes to bleach them back to white once in while

haha thats funny u said that... he just moved into that new home this past weekend... but yea my mom collects shells everytime she goes on vac-k i will be looking thru her collecter ones this weekend lmao...

he went from a 1 bedroom apartment... to a loft... now he needs a mansion...

Quiet the bulldozer you have there. We have one as well.. he just gave himself yet another upgrade a few weeks ago. I was wondering why all my corals were being moved, knocked over etc... until I saw him in his new choice of housing. I had put the huge shells in ages ago... when the hermits were smaller.

he is nice but that is because you have a FO setup. In a reef tank he would be somthing you wouldn't brag about.

That thing is great! I have a thin legged hermit from John Maloney that is big but not that big. It just took the shell from a mexican turbo that was DOA!
