No they don't have a phone. This thread has been posted on MR before.

I think they are open til 6 on Sunday ... it's been a while since I was actually out there.

No phone? wow..... I wanted to see their hours and to see if they stock hanna reagents (alk). Its like an hour drive for me to get there... I see their facebook is not a daily update either. Amazing how people do business.

they have a phone number with an existing line just no physical phone its not plugged in it just rings and rings and you wait and wait kinda like when your trying to get help there. You could go there knowing all you want is lets say 10 turbo snails and an hour later you will still be waiting for them. They have great prices and bad service guess you can't have both

That's the idea so you have to go there in person then when you get there they most likely have what you need then you start looking around you wind up buying alot more when you leave lol...just me...
