Sweet New Paly!

I love this paly! It reminds me of a blue God Of War, only because it has a green mouth with a cyon-colored ring around the frills with speckles around the green mouth.

Has anyone ever seen these before?..if it doesn't have a name i'm thinking it could be called "Blue Lagoon". I thought it fits it well.
