She is still eating at least. The chasing seemed a little less today but yesterday I even saw her jump out of the water to escape his chasing. There doesn't appear to be any actual damage inflicted but the jumping thing really put me on alert.

Having a hard time finding solid feedback on this pump. It seems inexpensive, compared to other pumps with similar capacities. Are there any longevity or reliability issues with this pump? Please advise, thanks.

Food poisoning?? :? I too want to hear more details, what was wrong with the food and at what point did you suspect it was the food??

I imagine that there are plenty of critters (e.g., some species of snails and whatnot) that are intertidal and that would benefit from such a setup, but unless one had a particular desire to keep an intertidal zone biome, I'm not sure if there would be any huge benefits to non-intertidal...

Shouldn't be ALLOWED to even have them...at least IME. In short, regulate the hobby.....
