    usually Ebo-Jagers are good, and I have had the same submersible one from them for over 10 years with no troubles another good one IMO is the Visi-Therm I have used these for years also with no troubles

    yup it should be fine, a great way to start a tank, just make sure you have your skimmer going!

    ranger, you can always add extra support and use the added 6 inches in the rear (or front) of the tank to hold things, like supplies or food while it is thawing or something, ... make it useful

    i say go with VHO's over the PC any day and then you can use the actinic whites as stated above to add a varying spectrum to your already fully lit corals.
