    Thank you very much... I still have yet to get pictures of my skunk clownfish, they hide in the rockwork whenever I get the camera out. I put cell pad window shades in today, so far so good with the light in the window. I hooked up my AquaController today as well. The temperature is staying...

    Just to clarify on sps, some corals may be subjected to temperatures of such. But many that come in, mainly deepwater, comes from cooler temperatures (70's). They can survive in 83 F, but I've noticed better around 79.5-80. The key really is stability, as I think was stated in the previous post...

    If the temperature in the aquarium is going over 82 degrees fahrenheit, I would think would be the only problem. As you can experience bleaching in the SPS at that point. If you have a chiller though, you should be fine. -Josh

    It looks like the fins are salted? Likely it is ich. Cryptocaryon irratans. I would pull the fish to a hospital tank, you can use hyposalinity as a good method for treatment, just acclimate it to it. -Josh
