HI, I have been using two Blueline 1100's for 6 months now. The pumps I have are very quiet and produce a good strong flow. I have not experienced any micro-bubbles from either pump. One is a return and the other I am using on a closed loop. All in all they seem to be very reliable. JRF

Hi, Aerofaomer is a great skimmer. I use an 848 model. The appropriate pump for the 824 is a Mag 24 or Iwaki 55RLT. You will really like that skimmer! JRF
