Just got a set of 55watt ahsupply.com pc lights used off the board and was going to change the bulbs. Was looking at 1-10k & 1-03 actnic. Either from Hamilton Technology or hellolights.com. Any difference, one preference over the other, or any other recommenedations? Thanks, AC

I had ick on my Purple tang and used garlic extract from GNC and within a couple days he was fine. I would soak the food in the garlic extract and then feed like normal. You may want to search the board fro garlic and see what come up. HTH AC
