if you would like to try why not try a sea hare, they eat many differrent plants and a lot of hte plants too, I have one and it is helping me control algae well.
agree that when you have fishes or other predators around you will most likely see none of your pods but without any possible predators they do come out more often and even with the lights on. so maybe they were not missing just hiding

anyone here knows that yellow polyps could breed sexually? and perhaps I think they can then again has anyone ever raised yellow polyps successfully through sexually breeding?

well about the concentration of algae, my xenia doesn't look like it is doing this because it is turning yellow from its tips and down to its stem and slowly dies off but this only happens to 1 or 2 stalks which is really confusing me, any idea why???
