How many retailers that do maintenance on customer's systems have a written agreement that is either signed or at least presented and discussed prior to starting the account?
If you do have a written agreement, could you share with me the main points? I am assuming there is at least a hold...
I think I may have steered this a little off topic, so I apologize for that. I have to agree with most of the above statements. I do believe that the majority of wholesalers are decent people and do their best. But, legally I cannot advertize something I don't have, so why does this supplier...
It's funny....I posted pretty much this same frustration a few months back. I definately didn't get as much discussion. It's also funny that today I got my (possibly final) order from a very popular 104th St. wholesaler. I say possibly final because yet again they screwed me. I'm a little...

I recently purchsed the remaining inventory and equipment from an established (but defunct) business. I did not purchase "the business" per say, so I had to start over with suppliers and the like. Here's the dilemma:
I talked at length with the previous owner about what supplier to use. I...
If you don't want to order direct A&M Aquatics, a wholesaler in Lansing MI, carries them piecemeal. Kinda pricey, but you don't have to buy a pallet.
