What are the details on the bulb? Was it doing this with old bulb? If not, then bulb is to blame. Does the bulb fire up to 100% at all or quit and flicker before 100% ramp up?

Sounds like ballast..Where is the buzzing coming from? Have you tried a new bulb?

Stunners in a large number can get you growth, they were made for supplemental light spectrum. The Panorama Pro's are higher wattage and offer better PAR and strength. If you have a Bio or Pico, Stunners can get you the right amount of light output, but mostly just added color. End of the day...

1) Scrape that glass GOOD before any spraying 2) Use a good cleaner 3)Light coats..running will occur if you lay it on Good luck!
