Thanks beaslbob. I've done some research on Jellybean Parrot fish online, and it looks like they will not harm plants - seems like they don't have any preference as to plants or no plants. What kind of substrate do they need to get if I tell them to go with live plants?

I once used black mollies. But they were so happy in the salt water that they just kept having babies, and pretty soon I had 30 or 40 black mollies. But really, I don't think you should use live fish to cycle, since it can be done without.
