Btw I didnt do any water changes... Tank cleared up on its own.

Well I was doing some cleaning in my tank amd all of a sudden this thick white stuff stuffing comes from under my live rock. I have seen macro go sexual but this was a pearl white substance and I had no idea what it could be coming from.. I watched for a minute and I started seeing bristle worms...
