Personally, I still rely on LFS and don't use on-line resellers for live stock but I will buy dry goods from them. I live in the Bay Area and get a lot of stuff from fellow reefers in swaps but I buy fish and the odd coral from the LFS that has been the most helpful to me through the years...

I use Reef Crystals. When you do larger WC's you don't lose the CA that I lost using IO.
