Looking for information on LED's for my 14 gallon BC.
Been having heat issues like a lot of other people. Thought about a chiller but don't really have the space.
Wanted to find out how much? Where to buy and if there are any plug and play systems?
I like the actinic look of the lights i have now and would want to match them as close as possible.

If you take your lid off, your possibilities are endless. I have a BC14 and after a short while I got a 150 watt clamp on metal halide which was nice. I just got the ecoray 60 and its actually insane how nice the light is. If you want to keep your hood, i dont know what to say bc I never went that route

If you want to keep the hood, RapidLed has a retrofit DIY kit

A lot of bc14 owners are starting to put Panorama Pros into the hood. Pull out the PC sockets and attach the Panoramas to the original reflector. The splash guard fits over the lights. They have full whites, 50/50's and full blues, you can also add a stunner strip using one of their splitters - up to three modules on the same ballast. This option is the easiest plug and play I think now that nanocustoms is out of business.

I don't know the dimensions I will try to find out.

Well, if you have not found the clearance, it's fine. Other posts said you can put a Panorama(12.75") in it, there is no reason to believe a 9" would not fit, I think you have the best options in using the RS 1.0 because of the ability to customize dim independent channels. You can also choose various lens plus comes in Cree LEDs.

I have 13.5"x 7.5"x 2" Deep under the hood (Biocube 14)

I'm very interested, are there any complete setups available? How much for a complete package? Are all the LEDs Cree?
