problem with your product sicce 16 pump.. no contact back through pm or calls

So a day before I leave for a 10 day vacation my sicce pump goes out.. They sent me a replacement part and its still not working right.. They told me whoever I bought this pump from has had it over 2 years and that it is the old model... I called affordable aquatics and also pm'd them 15 days ago...

Please take care of this issue, take back you pump and refund me or give me a new pump.. Im currently working with sicce and telling them about this "company"

We purchase all our sicce pumps directly from the importer and only keep a very limited amount of their products on hand. will do asap, this is what sicce told me so I will make sure they find out what is going on (maybe supplier has made a mistake i dont know, or maybe sicce themselves).. no idea why you did not receive my pm, i have it saying it was sent but no worries.. tank has suffered a bit without the skimmer,, im going to end up buying another for security

Thank you, sicce is sending me a new pump, they are trying to figure out what the problem is since they said they have less than a 1% return rate.. Hoping I won't have a problem again w this pump..
