Randy, I believe it's an Echinomorpha. Not too sure on the species.

It's a chalice. Named "convict chalice" by cherry corals. Generally goes for about $100+ for a frag

Rookie and BN, both correct in terms of trade name - It's a wild piece and did not originate from CC but similar to the names you mentioned.
