I recently got a new tank and the only thing holding me back from getting it setup was the plumbing. I am really good at many things but plumbing and electric are not my strong suits. Anyways after scratching my head looking at all the plumbing supplies on AquaCaves website I decided to give them a call and am really pleased with the custom service I received.
Not only did they really take the time to consider my setup and all possible options/scenarios but set me up with exactly what I needed without any upselling etc. Normally I don't write reviews like this but I just felt like Matt there went above and beyond. I mean it wasn't a huge order but we were on the phone and chat for at least an hour just going over all sorts of things (not just plumbing). Btw it is worth mentioning that the live chat is very useful as well because he was able to send me direct links to the products while we were talking.
I think in today's internet market it is easy to shop around for the best bang for your buck but sometimes a little customer service really goes a long way. I totally would have ended up having to place three separate orders just to correct the first two if I did this on my own. It was really refreshing to be able to reach someone so quickly that was so knowledgeable and will to really go the extra mile.
