This guy sure can flex. I loved the rain drops hitting the feathers.

I know Kris. I was having issues with the color management profile. So i deleted it and resubmitted it. Sorry MOD kris, :smash: :smash: :smash: , LOL.

Kris,
The wildlife is all around you. You just have to be willing to shoot it. I took my little cousins to the zoo, that's where this was. I think you just need to be on the lookout and you will see what i mean.

Nothing get's past you J, lol. Maybe i should have said captive life, lol.

In either way, the birds feathers are very reflective. Since it was out in the sun, the dynamic range of the camera is more often than not exceeded. What i did was spot meter on the bird, so that the highlights do not get blown out. I then brought out the shadows. It's always better to underexpose a bit, rather than over. Once you blow out a highlight it's gone forever.
