Kole Tang Question

My kole tang
flies through the tank like crazy.
and also he has two things, on both sides sticking out, where is tail is.

Whats going on with him?

Tangs have barbs on their tail for defense.

Is he eating? Some do very poorly in the home tank.

just went to buy nori and they had it but it was roasted is this the right one?
