cloudy water

After changing out the gac, running wet skim the water is looking better in the morning but not completely clear. I will give it more time before the water change.

Do you have children, or anyone(wife,housekeeper, roommate) around that would accidentally put something into the tank? Spray any windex or pledge or anything around the tank?

If your parameters are in check then I suspect either:
-Macro going sexual(which you already ruled out)
- spawning event
- outside chemical in the water(windex theory)

I guess you can rule out the chemical/window theory. Since no other invert/fish/coral was affected. This will remain an unsolved mystery.

"Not affected" or 'Still alive'? I'm suggesting the cloudy water due to chemicals, not the death of a couple of snails. Are all of your fish behaving normal?(behavior and breath)

Fish still alive, swimming, dancing, eating like normal. No one was around the tank from when I left it yesterday morning and when I returned that night.
