Same here. Ill tell someone they could do it but I would have a hard time doing it lol. I guess I could if I had to but would not have fun doing it.
I'm going to have two, Cause i have a Shrimp in my sump that must be starving. He's been in there for 3 days. He wiped out the starfish i had in the display already

I just picked up a pair. Not sure how many they can eat in a day but, I have about 200 mini star fish in my tank. You're welcome to come pick some up.

Is it just better to ge 2 of them or 1 will be good to do the job, I have a 110 tank & I had asterinas stars for the past year.

Depends. Are they eating all your zoas? If so, I'd go for 2. If you don't have zoas and you don't mind if it takes longer for it to eat your stars I'd go with one.

Mine just started eating em tonight. These are close to the coolest creatures I've ever kept!

My Harleys ate through all my stars already. I really enjoy having them in my tank. If I add a whole chocolate star will it slowly eat it? Bad idea?

They will eat the star over a week or two, keeping it alive the whole time!

I would feed 1 star per month (2 weeks eating the star, and 2 weeks without any star to munch on)

Just a quick reminder to all who have or will be getting Harlequin Shrimps. They will also eat linkia & frombia starfish. So if you want to keep linkias or frombia starfish you will need to re-home the harley.;)

I loved my Harley and got it to rid my tank of those little starfish as well as everyone else. Unfortunately my local store ran out of CC stars (only cost me $6) and I couldn't find anything but sandsifters and he eventually starved or got picked off by my pseudochromis. Awesome shrimp, and I'd consider getting another one and keeping some CC's in the sump for future use.
