Looks like you almost for everything. Your gonna need a couple of powerheads for flow inside the tank, a return pump for your sump and I always like to run a phosphate reactor. Is the tank RR or drilled? If not you need an overflow box. I think that's it lol

I would say this is what you need ( in no specific order)

-A good reference book (a quick search of MR will provide a couple options )
-RO/DI unit - this is an absolute must , no way to be successful without it in this hobby
Good test kits - salifert or Elos
-Good salt - I use esv but heard good things about H2 ocean.
-2 media reactors
-Quality carbon for one reactor ( I recommend esv again, quality of carbon actually makes a difference)
-Granular ferric oxide for the other reactor - ( I get mine through the lira meetings )
-A good controller - reef keeper lite does the trick ( a controller is most important for heater redundancy ) or if you want all the bells and whistles I would recommend the Neptune Apex
-2 part of alk and calc ( again esv , the company has been doing for a long time, is local, and supports a lot of local reefers)
- a heater ( didn't see you mention that )

Hope this helps.
