How to wash filter socks??

You can use Windex. You just have to be VERY CAREFUL!!!!! I spray the Windex on the paper towel with the nozzle up against the towel, and in another room. Then I wipe the tanks outside glass down. I never had an issue with it.

YOU WILL HAVE A PROBLEM IF YOU SPRAY IT AT THE TANK, OR CLOSE TO THE TANK...........

We wash the socks with bleach, but we rinse them multiple times!!!!! Haven't had an issue with that either..

Chlorine in bleach also evaporates...after rinsing, I let dry for a while hanging before use.

Get nylon filter socks.

1. Flip inside out
2. Throw in washer without any chemicals
3. Run cycle on heavy
4. Rerun cycle on heavy if socks are extra dirty
5. Air dry
6. Nice and clean
