Frag question!

Hey I'm new to the hobby and picked up my first two frags about 5 days ago ! Do they need to stay on the plug or can I take them off? I have a torch and I believe a zoa with about 7 polyps and 2 really small 1s that haven't opened yet! If any1 knows of a good YouTube video on how to do this it would be great!

You can do either, leave in plug and stick in a hole in a rock or remove and glue with frag glue to rock.
Both medium light and medium flow

You can also break/cut the stem of the plug off and just place or glue it onto your rock.
