Powerheads

I am planning on a 40 gallon breeder. Is it better to use 2 or more powerheads instead of one. I would like to use 2 hydor koralia evolution 750 powerheads. Would this be sufficient to circulate the water in my tank or is it too strong/weak. Another question: should I keep them on 24/7 or add a wavemaker or timer to it?

Why not just get 1 vortech mp40?

I just switched two koralia 750's (alternating) in each of my 40 breeders for one Jebao wp25. I would say go with the Jebao but if you want koralia's I now have some for sale and even have a wavemaker as well.
