Service question for all new reefers

I quite appreciate the approach ReefLobster is taking to become part of the community, engage discussion, and offering excellent customer service. I am not a client and in now way take this as an endorsement yet, but I highly appreciate this style. Customer support is everything at the end of the day. So far RL is talking the talk. I hope the walk follows. If so I would have no hesitation to support another great MR supporting vendor. We should be embracing this type of engagement not putting it off and chasing it away.

Inevo thank you for understanding! This forum benefits from others trying to help eachother, not battle over nonsense. Like Inevo said, customer service is key. How can you trust a vendor if we do not contribute and start discussions? Just posting things for sale and pictures of our operation to me would be more of me just wanting your business. If you look through this forum on all different pages I CONTRIBUTE, I START, I LEAD. I would like to spread my knowledge and experience with others in this hobby.


I am certified Network technician with knowledge of all computer languages.
I worked at a few fish stores in Long Island since I was 16.

With my experience and ability to apply my knowledge outside the box I see myself as a true supporter to those who need help.

If thats wrong then I'm sorry. I just believe for us all to achieve top notch tanks, some issues must be addressed from the beginning of the tank and I believe I am more than certified to asist anyone who comes asking.


My Business post will remain in my VENDOR forum. Anything outside my personal forum is me acting as a REEFER of this community. No one should feel indifferent towards me because of that.

I can attest to his technical credentials now as he seems to be one of the only people on MR who could distinguish between a lowercase L and the letter i to get my forum name correct
