I have a small 60litre tank which we set up at the beginning of Feb 06.
We have regularly tested the water and carried out 10% water changes. Over the last few weeks our Amonia, Nitrate and Nitrite have been a steady 0. PH is 8.2 and SG is 1022 both constant.
We have (I think) 16 hermit crabs, occasionally moulting and changing shells, and 4 turbo snails.
We also have loads of tiny shrimp like creatures. They are doing a good job of keeping the tank clean.
I know I should be patient and go slowly in stocking my tank but do you think it is ready for fish?
I have been advised by the pet store that as the tank is small I should only have a few small fish. We like colourful fish and they have to be easy to keep as we are new to this........any suggestions?

That gives you some reading material. A tip...if you'd like to see a picture of any fish listed here, you can simply do a google image search for it. Once you narrow your choices down then you can post another thread for opinions.
