buy the cheaper one. it will work fine.

thank you x...thats what i was waiting to hear. i thought it but was not totally sure. i could put that money to a lot more uses...

I got mine on EBAY for 30 bucks. It's an RHS-10ATC (ATC stands for automatic temperature compensation).

I too was using a hydrometer which was reading 1.025. When I checked it with my new refractometer, I found out it was really 1.030. 8O
