Ok...I really hate to suggest this, but if it is a total impossibility to remove the fish..can you at least please do the following...
please do something to shore up those rocks...please???
Add Prime to the tank, it will lessen the impact of the ammonia & nitrites (I really, really frown on the use of stuff like this :() on the fish. But you need to keep the following in mind, you will NOT get a proper reading from an ammonia or nitrite kit until every drop of water that is currently in the tank is changed out..that will take many months, and therefore you will have no idea just how high those number might get to be. Stay on top of weekly water changes. The Prime is not a miracle panacea in this case, and certainly doesn't make it all ok.
Also, your cycle will go on for a long while.

Killer...can you help him with this since you've been around here for awhile?

OK I added the prime to the tank, and going to start changing the water as of tomorrow. Also, I'm going to speak to the vendor whom I bought the fish from tomorrow. Hopefully we can come to an arrangement.
