Securing corals to rock!?!?!?

Anyone know which brand and where I can get some type of glue or rubber cement or whatever is used for securing frags/colonies to live rock?

I'm in Brooklyn by the verrazzano!!

Many use "cyanoacrylate" gel. The thicker the better. Here's some examples:

Crazy glue is reef safe? Wow I got some of that, I assumed they used some sort of paste...

Make sure to use the GEL!

yeah the liquid stuff won't work.

you could also use reef safe epoxy

From home depot-the one with the guitar on the front-costs about $4 a tube, works fine.

this is great to know, Im tryed of buying the small tubes of glue at the LFS for $10 each. We all know when your attaching corals it usally takes a lot of glue to properly secure it. I was buying small cartons (12) of glue for $110 a case. Whew that was crazy

ic-gel works fine got a tube myself....i picked mine up at MANHATTAN AQUARIUMS...

I use LockTite gel that I get from home depot. Also AquaMend its an epoxy that you knead together like a putty work very well. Thats the only thing that would attach my frospawn to my LR. Both I got at Home Depot.

I have head about the IC gel and its gotten good reviews too. The only problem I have with the gel is that If I put it on my coral and then stick it into the water to attach to the rock the gel will skin over and its hard to get it to glue.

Two-part epoxy putty's also a good solution for certain situations.

ic-gel works fine got a tube myself....i picked mine up at MANHATTAN AQUARIUMS...

I've tried them all.. IC Gel works best. I glue under water with it. Epoxy works good too, just make sure you're not allergic.

Epoxy sucks . Use Oceanwonders on ebay. Best glue hands down better than IC-gel
