Temp Issue

This is the pump I am using for my auto top off. It's warm when I touch it.

It also seems lack of power to lift the water from my water reserve tank to my main tank (the distant is around 5 feet).

An ATO pump for a nano when the resevoir is on the floor needs to have a very big head heigt. For me it's 50", 30" stand + 20" tank. Very few small pumps can lift water this high. One that does is the MJ 1200. It has a 69" head height and works well for me.
