What were the Zoas attached to? Where they glued on? Certain asteria starfish will eat zoas as well. As for the fish The first guy could have been sick before you bought and laready on its way out.

Can you provide more details on your tank?

Specifically I am looking for how old it is. What powerheads you are running and what size is the tank.

If you could also post your test kit results that would be great.

So sorry to hear about your tank... You just have to stay positive and work on the cause.... But to start, some pictures and parameters on your tank would help.

Okay so you seem to have water movement covered. But coral placement could be an issue as well because too much movement can kill.

Did you check your test kit expiration and what are you testing for exactly...

I am assuming ....

Nitrates : under 15ppm
Nitrite: 0
Ammonia: 0
pH: around 8
Phosphates: 0
