the white tips looks like new growth. With the quality of the pic, its hard to really tell.

ok guys,,,i think its getting worse,,,i will use my digi camer tomm and take pics,,,it looks like its turning white at the base,,and all tips i moved it up a lil bit closer to light hopeing it will help
