Ammonia Alert

Has anyone used the Seachem Ammonia Alert or any other kind of Ammonia Alert? Opinions on it? I have been testing parameters daily since the tank is only 2 months old. I am not looking at the Ammonia Alert instead of testing. I will keep up my testing, but it would be nice to have something I could glance at in between tests and maybe test once a week rather than daily.

They are more geared for freshwater usage.

I tried one on my quarantine tank for a while. I do not trust it.

I would hesitate to trust it and would back it up with test, so therefore, no sense in spending money on one IMO.

..and things like that don't look very good hanging on a beautiful reef tank

Please invest some money in your test kits Laurie. It will give you piece of mind.
