Methyl blue and methyline blue are two very different medications. Methlyline blue is slightly effective on paracites but will not get you a cure, It is mainly used to help carry oxygen, methyl blue is an antibiotic and it cures or helps with thallium poisoning. It will do nothing to paracites except make them blue.

Where do you normally get quinicrine hydrocloride?

I get it from a Veteranian who is a cousin of mine but it is not easy to get in the US as we don't normally get malaria.
If you know a Vet you can get a Rx for it.
