75 reef for sale. Complete setup

I have a 75 reef setup for sale. *****Willing to part out******* or I'll let the entire thing go for $400 if you can pickup this weekend 04/22 or 04/23. I will entertain all offers. thanks. 734-657-4566

-75 AGA tank, not RR. single HOB overflow.
-black compostite stand, has 2 5-outlet power strips mounted on the inside, as well as a strip light.
-4x55 JBJ power compact lighting (needs new bulbs)
-30 gal long custom sump (left side is 10gal fuge, center holds the return pump, right side holds skimmer, 3 baffles between skimmer and return.)
-Euroreef CS6-2 w/sedra 5000 pump.
-100 lbs live sand
-100 lbs live rock, 8years old, tons of life.
-toadstool leather
-one 15lb rock with about 30 large red mushrooms.
-one small rock with about 10 yellow button polyps.
-one softball sized xenia? don't remember what its called.
-one maroon clown, about 3 1/2".

Will not part out.

I love this tank, but don't have the time to maintain it properly. Selling whole package for $500, reasonable price because I want it out in one shot, I work from 7am to 10pm M-F, so I'm really looking to get this done in one sale on the weekend. You must pickup, I will help with getting it out of the apt. I'm in Manhattan on 13th/6th ave.
