home made majano wand

i would like to sell or trade my home made majano wand. looking to get $45.00 or some sps frags like branching sps. the wand works great killed all the aptasia's i had in my tank. i made it with a 12v 500ma plug in transformer a push button momentary switch in a custom handle, clear hard air line tubing and stainless steal wire all shrink rapped. you dont have to worry about its construction its safe. i am a license electrician with credentials to prove it. just dont want any one to worry using it. ill even sample it in my tank so that you see its harmless to everything else in my tank. ill post a pic from my cell when im done ith this post.

What about everyone who makes their own sump/refugiums with the same exact setup as those of Eshopps,lifereef and all the others that costs hundreds of dollars..

You're correct. Making and or selling would be infringement. However, the cost of litigation to remedy the $45 that he stands to make would be prohibitive.
