it was in a bad location in my opinion. I have been there but years ago. I would say they had a good selection but too far from the beat and track. Its a shame becuz stores like petland and petco have mostly terrible marine husbandry. I would like to know if any lighting or equipment sales are in the offering? Maybe to raise the sale price of the business they should have a auction of the store. If they set resonable prices for remaining stock they could make out better as its unlikely that anyone will front 50k and assume a lease in that area. Something to think about! MR members are constantly monitering the for sale/trade area for deals. I for one am on every day to feed my reef addiction.

Yep, that's what I thought when I saw the store for the first time. It has the feeling of an underground type of biz. But under the right conditions I can see the potential for it to become the store to go in Flushing. Cause fishtown is definitely on the decline.

I can't agree neither. I've been going to him for 6yrs . He is wholesaler mostly but he opened the doors for us members of Mr. Not many know of his location but I bought alot of beautiful Coral and fish from him and the price was always half the prices stores charge. Also 50k for business in flushing queens area on Northern Blvd is pretty good. I wish I can spit that kinda money out. I probably would jumped on it besides that im even more sad to see him go
