Wow, can't believe no one has jumped on this yet. If I wasn't about to move to SI you'd be seeing me having a grand opening sale by now lol it's 3 blocks from where I currently live and in a great location. The place is worth so much more and it's bigger than most fish stores. Somebody is going to score buying this place.
