This is awesome you're doing this!

I started my tank May 2019 (added sump April 2020) while a student and have basically bought everything on this site through other people secondhand which has been great for getting into the hobby! I have dragged friends into helping me move the tank 2 times through student housing and just moved to a hopefully more permanent apartment the first of last month. Everything has finally seemed to settle down and I haven't lost any fish (unfortunately in this last move I ended up breaking 3 hammers, a frogspawn, and a really nice torch I'd had that were glued to rocks). Now I'm looking to keep a mixed reef tank, and already have a couple small sps frags, and mainly zoa and mushrooms left.

Other livestock: 1 picasso clown and 2 anemones he hosts, 1 orchid dottyback, 1 cleaner wrasse, 1 diamond goby, 1 aiptasia eating filefish, and 1 green chromis. I also have a tiger pistol shrimp and a handful of snails and hermit crabs.

Parameters
Alk=8.5
Cal=420
Mag=1350
Nitrate=3.5
Phosphates=0.03
pH=8.2
temp=78

Equipment
Tank: Nuvo 30LL AIO
Lighting: 1 Hydra26 LED
Flow: Return pumps and 1 hydor koralia circulation pump
Overflow: CPR Overflow with aqualifter (I removed a baffle in the back for it to fit)
Sump: Eshopps with refugiun and AI prime fuge light
Skimmer: Ice cap K2
Doser: Kamoer to dose tropic Marin All-For-Reef to maintain Alk/Calc/Mag
BRS GFO+Carbon dual reactor

Would love any suggestions, in general my tank seems to be stable but I haven't really tested many more difficult sps corals. Also I ideally want to add more light, really to improve spread/remove any dead spots, and am thinking about trying out T5s but not sure I want to spend any more money on lights at this time.

Here is my tank setup!

Very nice and generous of you all. Some of these newbies have a bigger stock list of corals than me. LOL If the regulations change to include non newbies and maybe just reefers who need/want for specific reasons, let me know. I think it's gonna be hard to find a genuine newbie on here that is actually gonna be able to keep these corals alive.

What stooops said :) I don’t think I’m a newbie but my new tank is only about 8 months old and could use some more coral

Definitely hard to find a newbie but no imposible. There was 4 that actually posted all the requirements but 1 to me at least stands out
Some newbies actually are been helped by experience reefers which is a plus.

The whole reason i started offering my corals (and then some generous people chime in) was cuz i was thinking wht if i spend all this money in new gear just to loose my job a few weeks later
Now im either force to break down or look at an empty tank for months. Well i wanted to help
If u are a reefer making a come back u r 100% sure of wht u getting into so hopefully u made a few friends that will hook u up

anyways. So far

Just my 2 cents. Somebody said he’s a newbie and have a post said 5 years of experience. Somebody has WD and gold hammering their tank and said he’s newbie. Somebody bought corals for a few days and post for sale afterward for profit.
I believe whoever has a new tank with limited corals should get the prize. That’s the purpose of this give away I think. If you have all the high end corals then why do you need this give away. Do you want to sell it afterward?

Look at page 6. Someone has a list of corals that worth over $1000.
