Well all i know is that when you go there, or anywhere else, it's nice to have some knowledge beforehand. If not you are at their mercy. When i go there i simply analyze and then decide on what i want. I never rely on their advice. I do buy some dry goods there when i'm in a hurry.
Their prices are reasonable. You can get good bargains if you choose wisely.
You should always quarantine their fish, Period!
The inner tanks are a bit safer because it's the coral system. But the quarantine rule still applies.
