I dug this out from the basement after years of non use. appearance - little rust on top of motor. Purchased a new filter bag and some powder (approx. 2 charges) from NW 2month ago. These units does require some patience to get the hang of it. The motor works great but runs hot to the touch. It is normal from what I understand of these units.
