They get up there Saucz but most of the time they're in the sand bed stirring that up and eating algae there.

Not really, they prefer fine sand I noticed.

Sorry for the delay. I have them in both a BB and a substrate tank. They do a good job at cleaning glass. When the lights turn down or off they will all start working on the glass. When the lights are on the stir up the substrate. I'm in Albany. paypal to [email protected] email me when ready to buy. I think the problem is that you're so far away.
Also it being winter doesn't help, snails can be very sensitive to colder temps.
I guess its a taking a chance even if you are offering free shipping.

I have been shipping them all over throughout the week and no problems yet. Besides you guys are only a stone-throw away compared to some of the people I've been shipping to.
