the largest it can be is 96"X18"X18" 135 gallons
1" thick acyrlic
tank will include black corner boxes

Ohhh, if you could make a bunch of 12x18x20" tanks and call them super sturdy frag/fuge tanks, you may do good.

Just curious as to what it would cost to have you make a cube? (18x18x18, with a center overflow).

Also a top... one opening. a.) for support b.) prevent salt creep c.) drillable for CL holes.

I still need a sump 24"x15"x12". I need a compartment for my skimmer which has a 9"x9" footprint so I guess a 12"x12" compartment is great and the rest is baffles for no bubbles. I do want to place a micron bag in the sump as a catch-all prefilter. The drain from the tank is on the left side for reference.

I am PM'ing you my number. Give me costs and stuff and design approval

(48 X24 x24) is not 90 gal, but 120gallon. If you want a 90g, you would need 48 x 18 x 24.

Don't know if this is relevant but it seems from Frank's initial post, his left over acrylic would be only 18" wide.
