MIKE NY said:yes they can change colors.....mine came in brown...acclimated it and started moving it up..half way it turned purple, at the top it's blue. High flow is a must and low nutriants bring on the colors too. It started RTNing so I fragged some and broke the big colony in two ..now I have a purple and a blue... :wink1: good luck to who ever gets it..they are beauties.
Thats good to know. I was thinking about taking it off him but I already took the table and didn't want to chance it on two being a newb and all. But I hope the table colors up for me because Steve is getting a shipment of a bunch of corals in on Monday. So like in 2-3 weeks, he'll probably be selling a bunch more browned up stuff for cheap, so I'll hit him up again for some cheap colonies :lol:.jackson6745 said:As for the green color, I think it was because of Steves phosphate level.
