Few more answers to the PM's:

The tank has manufactured date sticker showing built in 96', I owned it for the last two years and it has been in use as a fish holding tank in my system, never been dry until this morning. I am sure there are few scratches on it but I have not noticed any.

Cali Condo Association will not allow me to have overflow or a drilled tank, thanks for th pics but I am gonna need a non drilled tank I guess with a canister filter.
